How it Works

An Ultrasonic energy creates vacuum bubbles during the cleaning bath that fall with immense force when it contacts with dental instruments. These bubbles are formed by the generator power transducers bonded on the bottom tank. When they are initiated, they vibrate an ultrasonic frequency on the bottom of the tank that builds vacuum bubbles. This process is known as cavitations. It reaches into the miniature cracks and fissure, literally blasting constraint away from the surface of dental instruments.

Tips for complete Dental Ultrasonic Cleaning Process

An Ultrasonic cleaner can be used to clean the various dental instruments such as picks, drills, mold-spoons, scalars, curettes, probes dentures, and crowns to remove chemical.

1. When the Instruments are ready to clean, you should keep them immersed all the dental objects in a presoak called prezyme. 
2. Always use Ultrasonic cleaner solution for cleaning.
3. Don’t use any detergent or any type of chemical solution for the cleaning process.
4. Make sure Cleaned instruments are placed in a mesh tray or basket so, that the objects are fully immersed.
5. For the cleaning process, typically use 10 to 15 minutes and the temperature should be conserved under 42 Degree. 
6. When the completion of the whole cleaning cycle, soak the instruments into the water to remove the solution and then remove to the last procedure of cleaning decontaminate and sterilizing.
7. Before, ultrasonic cleaning process, don’t dry out the dental instruments.
